- Cancellations should be communicated at least 04 hours prior to the requested pick up/drop off time, in the event of cancellation or no show, the hotel reserves the right to apply a 100% charge.
- It is recommended to depart from the hotel 02 hours prior to the actual flight time for domestic flights and 03 hours to the actual flight time for international ones.
